As a growing, energy-based business, we currently DO NOT offer any Refunds or Returns on our products or services. Please be absolutely sure before making a purchase.

The only exception to the above is damage of any item during transit. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 2 business days or a replacement will be sent with the next batch of orders within 7 days.

To avail this, please make sure you have a video proof of opening the package with a close up of the damaged product.
