By booking a service or placing an order, you agree to the following terms: Readings & Delivery All readings whether PDF, recorded video, or live are personally channeled and written by Shivani. Each reading is intuitively guided and delivered with care, clarity, and emotional honesty. Spread-based readings (such as Love Readings, Life Cycle Readings, or Solar Return readings) are typically delivered as PDFs, with approx 150 words of insight per question or section. Delivery timelines are typically within 3 to 7 working days. If there is a delay due to high demand or unforeseen circumstances, it will be clearly communicated. Once delivered, readings are final. Revisions or follow-ups are not included unless explicitly stated. Please ensure that the questions or intentions you submit are clear and final at the time of booking. Changes are only accepted within 2 hours of submitting your form or order. Gifting If you are purchasing a reading or service as a gift, please ensure that the recipient’s name and any personal note are shared at the time of booking. All gifted readings are created with the same level of intention and care. Please make sure the person receiving the reading has consented to being read for, or that the reading is appropriate to be conducted on their behalf. Refunds, Cancellations & Boundaries All services are non-refundable once booked. Because these offerings involve spiritual labor and energetic work, cancellations are not possible after confirmation. I reserve the right to decline any reading that does not feel energetically aligned. In these rare cases, a full refund will be issued.
